After a certain time period, he became an integral part of Amgen and quickly rose to the Principal Architect position by successfully rolling out Artificial Intelligence solutions in commercial sales and marketing from the ground up. His work is not only limited to solving complex problems, but also scaling to multiple brands and increasing brand revenue. The RepAI product is directly supporting approximately 1 million patients through field representatives. Naresh also designed and developed the Omnichannel product to create personalized recommendations and alerts (Next best action) for HCP through AI (deep learning) models by configuring various data points such as Amgen product sales, patient claims, representative call activity, and HCP actions on vendors’ and Amgen’s websites. This helps to target HCPs who engage with new and existing patients to prescribe Amgen products, which in turn improves various conditions of patients. These AI models have helped reach millions of patients across different brands, improving their well-being, and have been a success factor for Amgen.
